  • Presents with excoriated papules and sometimes pustules (may be follicular) over extensor surfaces, but no bullae
  • Histology: nonspecific
  • DIF/IIF: negative
  • Fetal risk: none
  • Treatment: topical corticosteroid (anecdotal); resolves in postpartum period
