Poorly demarcated lipomas infiltrating subcutaneous tissue, muscle and skin over lower extremities and trunk
 
Familial multiple lipomatosis
Multiple circumscribed lipomas in several members of a family, typically over forearms and thighs
 
Benign symmetric lipomatosis
(Madelung’s disease)
Diffuse infiltrative fat deposits in head, neck and shoulder girdle region, typically in men
 
Gardner syndrome
 
Multiple lipomas + polyposis of colon, epidermoid cysts, congenital hypertrophy retinal pigment epithelium, APC gene mutation
