What are the most common cancers that metastasize to the skin in men?

In the same study, the five most common causes of skin metastases in men were:
Lung: 24%
Colon: 19%
Malignant melanoma: 13%
Oral squamous cell carcinoma: 12%
Kidney: 6%

In a more recent study, malignant melanoma was the most common cause of cutaneous metastases, accounting for 32% of all cases (Fig. 48-1).
