What were those features again?

To recall the diagnostic criteria for Churg-Strauss syndrome, remember the mnemonic BEAN SAP: blood eosinophilia, asthma, neuropathy, sinus abnormalities, allergies, and perivascular eosinophils. The American College of Rheumatology has recently established these six criteria for the diagnosis of Churg-Strauss syndrome, with the presence of four of these six criteria yielding a diagnostic sensitivity of 85% and a specificity of 99.7%.
