Infection- Purulent exudate, cellulitis, lymphangitis, and fever may be present; if fluctuant with edema and purulent exudate, wound may need to opened, irrigated and packed with iodoform gauze
- Perform bacterial culture; use topical or systemic antibiotics as needed
