Phytophotodermatitis

- Form of photoxic dermatitis due to plants containing phototoxic chemicals (especially furocoumarins) via either
ingestion or skin contact
- Contact with plant juice may cause burning and bullae when sites exposed to sunlight
- Treatment: avoid photosensitizer, topical corticosteroid
